I just got the call from my JV partner that we bought a townhouse. I’ll post more next week after I’ve crunched the paperwork this weekend back home. I’ll post the whole story after the whole thing is cleared, but now you know how long it took me since I left for Quickstart. One month and two days.
For now, I’m just going to go back to my happy dance.
