In Oakville, we had a grow-op raided by police some years ago. I remember it, just like it was yesterday, as we don't have a lot of such activity. If we do, the police do a good job of keeping it on the down low. This house that got raided was at the time probably in the $400 to $450k range. Also, it was a corner house that fronted onto a very busy street. Looking at the house from the exterior, it is probably one of the last houses that anyone would think is a grow op.
