No surprise for me, but <strong>Edmonton&#8217;s at the top</strong> and Calgary&#8217;s regained the #2 spot, while Grande Prairie fell to #5. High River fell off the #6 spot on the old list, and Sturgeon/Strathcona fell from #4 to #10. I&#8217;m looking forward to reading the full report.</p>
