Thumbnail image for RE/MAX 2011 Housing Outlook

The RE/MAX 2011 Housing Outlook is just out, and there’s some interesting ideas in there. Not everyone agrees (including the Edmonton Real Estate Board, whose 2011 Forecast comes out next month, watch for the live blog). Rather than just write a bunch of blog posts, I’m creating a resources section. There’s already a page there [...]

Edmonton Stats Updated

April 5, 2009 Statistics

I’ve finally updated my very popular spreadsheet of Edmonton Stats (with over 3,000 views). I should probably re-title it Edmonton Real Estate Values 1962-2009. I’ve designed these graphs, as well as the Google Spreadsheets with the data to be easy [...]

I love my Moleskine Notebooks!

December 1, 2008 Personal

I have a new toy, and I love it. Yes, I’m one of those people who get excited by paper. It’s a Moleskine Squared Notebook. I’ve wanted one for a long time, ever since I read about them in Presentation Zen. Even though I’m a tech guy, and I work for an internet company, I love [...]
