Kids can make $2,500/hour

Kid on a BikeToday at Enquiro we did a corporate challenge…Apprentice-Style. They split us into two teams of about 9 each, gave us some tickets to the Kelowna Rockets, and set us loose. The goal was to raise as much as possible for the charity of our choice. The only catch:we had to be in for the count at 2:30pm. Considering we started the meeting at 10, that’s only 4 hours.
We picket the Bikes for Kids program, which is part of Kick Start Kelowna. They give bikes and equipment to kids who otherwise might not have the opportunity. The other team chose the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation.

Between the two teams we raised just about $10,000 in four hours.

I work at a cool place with some amazing people. If you still want to donate send me an email to chris at, and watch for us on the Kelowna news tonight (CHBC) at 5, 6:30 and 10:00.
What a great day. 🙂
