Well, it’s a blog about Alberta real estate, so you should expect the Song of the Week to be about Alberta things.
Anyways, my apologies for the lack of posts the last little while. Megan moved back to Edmonton for the summer, bought a condo in Kelowna for next year, and I just had my offer accepted on a condo in Edmonton. It’s been a little busy. 
Next week we’ll bust out some more Edmonton real estate market related news, and we’ll talk about cash-flow on the individual property level. (And yes, my new place will cash flow. Email me about it if you’re interested in a JV)
I’m also glad a couple people enjoyed my article about finding dead tenants.
